Javion Blake grew up in western Jamaica where multi-culturalism is a major consideration owing mainly to the dominance of the tourism sector in the economy. One of his favorite insights to share is that he cannot remember the first time he met any particular ethnicity. Owing to this exposure has allowed Mr. Blake a unique worldview which might best be personified in Bob Marley’s One Love song.

In short, he is personable and can develop long-lasting relationships with people from the four corners of the world. His perspective is that everyone has something unique to offer. In the process of leveraging that unique offering, value can be created which in many instances can serve the progression of mankind. In combining the perspective of value creation and his natural appetite for adventurous expeditions has led to the discovery of frontiers which as a child would appear as unrealistic.

Rusea's High School was the launching pad which refined his focus in the field of science and mathematics. By leveraging the academic knowledge he received throughout high school, he joined the National School Challenge Quiz team which led to his first national media exposure. Upon completing high school, he was presented with a fork in the road which appeared completely divergent; modeling for an internationally recognized agency or enrolling into community college. In an effort to align with his self-image, he decide not to live within limits and instead attempt both paths. Eventually the logistics required for the modeling career became infeasible especially after starting a lucrative phone and electronics distribution venture. Focus was now split between Montego Bay Community College where he began his tertiary level education while developing his venture. Following the completion of his first year at the institution, he moved to Kingston to attend the University of Technology and pursue an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production minor. He completed this degree in 2008 with honors as well as receiving an award for best senior project for that year through the creation of an "Automated Jerk Pan" along with his other three group members; Christopher Gordon, Carval Gayle and Warren Weir.

In the final year of the undergraduate degree, he and Chris, decided that they would attempt the work abroad program for the summer that was offered to the university students. Attempting to land a spot in somewhere in Florida, they were sent to Cherry Hill, New Jersey where they would be working at the Clementon Park and Splash World. He recounts this experience as being a very pivotal moment in his life especially that this was the first time that he had spent several months from his home country. Fascinated with the tremendous amount of nationalities represented on the program; he connected and developed friendships with other students from all across the world including Colombia, Ghana, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan and Ukraine. The initial exposure was instrumental in the decision to explore pursuing further tertiary education in the United States.

Prompted by the landscape shown on the postcard and the opportunity to explore new frontier, he jumped at the opportunity to enroll at Montana State University. As he was deciding about whether to join Montana State University, he discovered Washington was a neighboring state and co-related that as being Washington DC.

In the summer of 2009, he commenced his undergraduate studies at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. He remained with the institution until the spring of 2015 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering & Aerospace minor as well as a Master of Science. in Industrial and Management Engineering. During that time, Mr. Blake was somewhat active in the student life organizations on the campus being a Student Ambassador and participating on other boards which allowed his image and story to be showcased on the out of state recruitment brochure. In keeping with developed patterns, his undergraduate senior project which was an Underwater Autonomous Vehicle (AUV) was showcased on the Bozeman Chronicle front-page as well as the Montana State University media website.

Relocating to Denver following the completion of his studies, Mr. Blake has been a Product Design engineer for a manufacturing firm in the air-filtration industry. He moved away briefly, for approximately a year, to lead a mechanical engineering department in Albuquerque, New Mexico designing rock-crushing and other mining equipment. He has been back in Denver since February 2018 and is continuing to work in the air-filtration industry doing product design and development. He has become very familiar with the wider Rocky Mountain region and have spent at least some time in every state in the region, except for North Dakota. In his most recent and notable accomplishment, he has received an approval from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for his design work on a compact internal self-cleaning dust and fume collection system.

Mr. Blake has established Jus_Chill International to create a platform for others to experience the facets of Fashion, Food, Entertainment, Education and Travel.
