Jus Chill currently ships orders only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing and Delivery Timing

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 2–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on standard shipping rates. The total shown at checkout includes the applicable shipping charge. Please review the complete order total before submitting payment.

Address Accuracy

Please review your email address, delivery address, and order details before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Jus Chill as soon as possible if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged, missing, or incorrect order reports must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery through 123JusChill.com/take-action. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping label, and packaging when applicable so we can review the issue.

Food-Product Return Requests

Return, replacement, cancellation, and refund requests are evaluated case by case. Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. Because Jus Chill sells food, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for food-safety reasons except where required by law.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider. Approved replacements are subject to product availability.

Checkout payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment methods available for a specific order are displayed at checkout.
